We aim to process, pack and dispatch orders within 1-2 working days.
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout depending on weight, size and destination.
Due to the chunky nature of the sauces, we are continually working to provide the most cost effective and reliable delivery solutions for all our customers.
Heads up! – the most cost efficient delivery method in the UK is up to three chunky tartare sauces from £3.65, 2nd Class Royal Mail. (for larger quantities use Hermes delivery option)

If you’re ordering 1- 3 jars of chunky sauce then…
Standard Shipping (2 – 3 working days) – £3.65
If your ordering 4 – 9 jars of sauce then…
Hermes Courier (3 working days) – £7.50 (much cheaper than 2nd Class Royal mail!)
If your ordering 10 – 12 jars of sauce then…
Hermes Courier (3 working days) – £8.50

RETURNS + REFUNDS POLICY
Your legal rights: When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or mis-described.
Our policy: In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind. Please return the unopened goods to us with a proof of purchase within 14 days and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note.
If you change your mind about a purchase from our online shop and wish to return an item, you have 14 days from when you receive the item in which to do this.
Your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging, and you will need to provide proof of purchase.
We will then provide you will a full refund. However, please note that you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note: we strongly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service to guarantee that your item reaches us.
Items cannot be returned if they have been opened.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
